The Wesleyan Student Assembly hosted the 21st Annual Student Groups Fair on Sept. 14. The campus-wide event allowed both new and returning students to learn about new and established student groups, network with different academic departments, and interact with several vendors from the local Middletown community.

Two students from Wesleyan’s Best Buddies group signed new members at Student Groups Fair. Best Buddies is part of an international non-profit dedicated to promote one-to-one friendships and organize events for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Representatives from the Wesleyan chapter of the Quest Scholars Network offered opportunities for high-achieving students from low-income backgrounds to build a supportive community through social and service activities.

Members of the Woodrow Wilson Debate Team strategically placed candy next to a sign-up sheet, hoping to entice new members at the student fair.
